This afternoon I received my copies of the Boys Night Out 2nd press for the "Broken Bones & Bloody Kisses" LP. This was a split release with Forge Again and was pressed on both 180g Black Vinyl and regular weight baby blue vinyl. The baby blue copies are limited to only 100 and are available now in the online store. Unfortunately due to a mistake at the plant the 180g is not here just yet, but should be arriving within the next two weeks.
The Boys Night Out LP is currently in the process of being repressed. The second pressing of this release will be limited to just 400 copies, 300 on 180g black vinyl and 100 on standard-weight baby blue vinyl (mailorder exclusive) and once again will be a split release with Forge Again.
There are still some copies of the first pressings colors available in the online store for those of you that are interested.
The Hopesfall 10"s are just about sold out in the online store. I have only 1 Blue copy left & a handful of Green. You can try your luck at various distributors and local record stores as some have been formally distributed via Lumberjack.
In other news, I have been extremely behind in new projects, emails, etc. Every day life gets in the way of running the label sometimes. More news on the Gloria Record LP & other upcoming projects in the next few weeks.

I am very excited to announce the vinyl release of The Gloria Record's "Start Here". Originally released in 2002 on Arena Rock, "Start Here" was The Gloria Record's first and only full length recording before disbanding a short while later. Its truly a beautiful record, one that I don't skip from track to track on, its a sonic journey for the listener and its one that I am truly happy to be a part of.

Details are still being worked out as far as production goes however it will feature a bonus track that was not on the album. There will be both 180 gram & limited colored vinyl and chances are, if all goes well, it will see a June release date.

The Hopesfall preorders have officially come to a close. Thanks to everyone that ordered.
The plant informed me yesterday that the records did indeed ship on Friday, so since they are coming from California that brings there estimated time of arrival to this coming Friday.
Hopesfall Preorder

Hopesfall "No Wings To Speak Of" 10" available for preorder now!

There will be 1,000 pressed total with 2 colors total pressed (light blue vinyl and light green vinyl) Chances are no copies will be available via retail outlets and very few online distributors upon official release. This is basically the ONLY CHANCE you have to get both colors now. At this point the records should be shipping by the first week of February. If anything changes I will let you know by posting news here.
Please click on the paypal button below that reflects your appropriate region. Before you order PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION noted below

There are a few things I wanted to inform you of before you order:
1. If you order only one copy you will get any color we choose. That means you cannot order one and say you want blue vinyl. Its a 50/50 shot of you getting the color you want if you only order one.
2. If you order two copies you WILL get one of each color.
3. The seal will be broken on each record to make sure that the appropriate color is in your order.
4. I know shipping costs suck. With the new rate increase USPS has now divided our country by zone (like UPS) thus raising the costs on certain packages if you live further than someone else. I want to keep the costs low but this record cost a ton of money. The jackets look awesome, the vinyl sounds amazing. I didnt take the cheap way out on any portion of this release. Full color labels, jackets, inserts, etc.
5. Upon placing your order you may get an email from our spam service. You can either follow the instructions or ignore it, either way I will get the order, promise!
6. Thank you for your interest in this release. I am exteremely proud of it and happy that people are as excited as I am. Sorry for the laundry list of instructions, but I want to cover all the bases.

This afternoon the Hopesfall test presses arrived. I am going to launching a new site soon (thanks to Adam at Atrocity) Preorders will now be up as soon as the new site is ready.

In other news, I have some eBay postings up now to help pay for some of the extra expenses that have come up with the Hopesfall 10". Aside from some records frommy personal collection I will be posting rare One Day Savior items as well. There is currently a Hopesfall TEST PRESS from The Satellite Years release up there now, other test presses and hard to find items will follow this week. Take a look here: eBay Link Unfortunately there is a certain label out there who owes me a considerable amount of money but continues to write and say next week.

As promised here is a weekly update on the Hopesfall vinyl.
The record is being mastered by Aardvark, which means the test presses should be here shortly. The artwork is sitting on the floor at Erika Records courtesy of the fine folks at Imprint. I have a friend finishing up the artwork for the labels since the original designer who (re)layed out the record for vinyl format decided to up and disappear without sending them to me. (thanks btw) So we are getting closer, but with the holidays coming soon I assume that the progress will slow down some.

I wish I had more news to report on the vinyl. Its taking quite a bit of time though its no fault of the pressing plant. I am just super swamped with my day job which has had me out of town for nearly the last two weeks. I don't want to put up a pre-order and have everyone wait extra time simply because it wouldn't be fair. So just keep checking back for updates and I promise I will try to get an update in at least once a week.
I have received a number of emails asking about test presses (I have no idea why people want these things so badly!) however I have decided that rather than sell them I am going to give away 2 copies of the test pressings with handmade covers. So yes, thats 2/4 or 2/2 if you count the covers! The rules are simple, if you pre-order the 10" you are eligible to win a test press, the more copies you order the more times you name gets entered to be selected. Its going to be done fairly so don't email me and offer money to be selected or whatever.
